Today we have decided that we are going to join the young enterprise scheme. Our roles for the company have been decided and this is what we are going to do:
Veran - Managing Director, Production Director.
- In order for Veran to competantly do his job as a Managing director and Production Manager he will need to have good communtiaction skills to be able to talk with team members and people who work in screen printing firms to ensure that everything goes according to plan.
- Veran also has the responsibility of ensuring that all the members in the company do their jobs and that the screen printing goes according to plan to ensure that the company can run smoothly and that the products are produced correctly.
Wira - Personnel Director, Assistant Finance Director, Assistant Marketing Director.
- In order for Wira to perform his duties as the Personnel Director he will need to be able to speak confidently to the other members in the group to ensure that everybody is happy in the group.
- Wira also has the responsibility of making sure that all members in our company are happy and there for it is his responsibility to ensure that he keeps track of how people feel towards others and to fix any disputes that arise within the group.
Johan - Communication Director, Finance Director, Web Master.
- In order for Johan to fullfill his Finance Director he will need to be able to work well with money and use his accounting skills in order to keep our company budgets and finances up to date.
- As Johan is the Finance Director it is his responsibility to advise our group if we are making or loosing money throughout our enterprise venture.
John - Marketing Director, Sales Director.
- In order for John to do his job as a Marketing Director he needs to be able to use his artisitic skills to the most of his capability in order to ensure that our product gets marketed well.
- It is John's responsibility to get our website well known as his artisitic skills will make or break our marketing scheme for our product.
